Effective September 16, 2026 · Covers Pizza Run on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play)

Short version: Pizza Run has no accounts, no ads, and no third-party trackers. It does send us anonymous gameplay statistics — how far you rode, whether you ran out of battery — so we can make the game better. There is no way for us to work out who you are. This is true on iPhone, iPad, and Android alike.

What we collect

Anonymous gameplay events. When you finish a run, open the store, or make your first delivery, the app sends us a small record of what happened: how long the run lasted, how many deliveries you made, your best combo, whether the run ended because the battery died or because you crashed.

Each record carries a random identifier that is created the first time you open the game and stored on your device. It is not your name, your email, your phone number, or any advertising or hardware ID. It is a random string that exists only to tell one anonymous player's runs apart from another's. Delete the app and it is gone for good.

Records also include the app version and the time the event happened. That is the entire list.

What we never collect

No name, email, or account — there is nothing to sign into. No location. No contacts or photos. No advertising identifier. No device model or hardware fingerprint. We do not sell or share anything with anyone, and we never build an advertising profile.

Where it goes

To a server we run ourselves, over an encrypted connection. Pizza Run contains no third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no advertising SDK. Nobody else receives this data, because nobody else is involved.

We keep these records for 12 months, after which they are deleted.

Advertising

There is none. Pizza Run contains no advertising SDKs and no tracking technologies. We do not use the Advertising Identifier and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Your progress stays on your phone

Best distance, earnings, unlocked gear, achievements, and settings are saved locally on your device using the platform's standard app storage. That information never reaches us, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Game Center (iOS only)

On iPhone and iPad, if you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple uses it to show leaderboards and achievements. That feature is operated entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive, see, or store your Game Center identity. The game is fully playable without signing in. The Android version has no leaderboards and no equivalent service.

What the app stores tell us

As with any app, Apple and Google collect standard information such as downloads, crash reports, and aggregate performance data, governed by their own privacy policies. This is handled by them, not by us, and we only ever see anonymous, aggregated summaries.

Children

Pizza Run collects no personal information from anyone, including children. The only identifier it uses is a random string tied to an app installation, not to a person, and it is never combined with anything that could identify someone. The game is suitable for a general audience.

Your choices

Deleting Pizza Run removes the random identifier along with everything else stored on your device, and stops all collection immediately.

If you also want the records already sent to us deleted, email us. Because the records are anonymous we cannot find yours by name; tell us roughly when you played and on which platform, and we will delete the records that match.

This website

pizzarun.lol counts page visits with PostHog so we can tell which links bring people here. It creates no profile for an anonymous visitor and sets no advertising cookies. The app itself never talks to PostHog.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
